Arrived about 1am for a 6am appointment. Drove to the Security Gate at 5:30am as they won't take you until a half hour b4 your appointment. Was delivering a load was told to go around the building and back into dock B take paperwork inside. Shift change is at 6am so it took a bit for them to start but relatively fast unloading. Enough street parking for a couple trucks outside the plant entrance.
They don’t deserve even 1 star - absolutely disrespectful place with unprofessional and lazy staff. Line with about 10 trucks started around the building and they zero care about it, but keep idling around and talking to each other, just imitating activity.nWith such approach to business no doubt it’s the worst mange company ever!
Too slow shipping, be ready for reset in line,have your food with you, literally it will takes 4 to 5 hours easily, they makes u wait and does local deliveries and pick ups first. Most important confirm your load first sometimes they don’t have cans and they wont tell you untill you are at dock means all the time you be in the line would be wasted. Appointment only won’t load you before appointment
They form two lines and left side is for non fleet drivers and you keep waiting and waiting and waiting because they take the fleet drivers first.. minimum 10 hr wait good luck
This truly is the worst place I’ve ever experienced as a truck driver the wait time for a dock here is staggeringnI will never one here again promise
