The Resort was amazing. Kids loved pool and game room. Kitchen was amazing. Needed non stick pans.

I don't even nowhere to start with my disappointment for this property. As premium Gold members we were absolutely treated as guest walking in off the street looking to book a room! We are paid owners, point blank period! We had to wait 5 hours to get a clean room even though we called ahead for an early check in. Patricia tried to be helpful but clearly ud83dude44 the red tape was there. Our room was definitely and completely unimpressive. A basic hotel room with a micro cooking space ...I hate to say it but Parkside is the resort for us compared to this one. Truly a home away from home feel. We have agreed that Patrick Henry will be our first and last stay. Do better and treat your premium owners with a whole lot more customer service and hospitality...no excuse or reason not to!

James Jackson is an amazing sales person. Not pressure but we purchasd Clean and friendly atmosphere. We love opportunity to travel MORE than we do!?!

Nice, cozy and clean place to stay. Staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of shopping areas close to the resort to include a massive outlet center. Train tracks within 50 yards of the buildings and you will know.

Very nice resort! I wish the hours for the pool were different, because we didn’t get to swim.
