Great service with a smile by all Trek representatives. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff that know the product inside and out, not pushy but ensure an exceptional visit. If you are interested in a bike the staff will guide you to the best fit for size style and budget, you are able to test ride to check a bike out or if you're stuck between your choice of two similar bikes to see which one feels best l. The staff is beyond awesome. I bought a cheap Walmart bike for my sons 6th birthday and not long after that they had to replace the rims with a much better quality set. I just went back to order a set of bearings for that very same bike which also had me buying two very nice bikes for my kids. Love the place and look forward to many more years of doing business with Trek Bicycle Williamsburg.
