Felicia with Verizon ( real store) has been amazing. She moved on my concerns, and was very patience with me. Focused on me until I got all my issues resolved. Followed by me keeping her posted if I didn't get my new phone or anything other questions I may think of later. I've always liked this store, never had to go in much. When I did everyone has given me excellent customer service. Felicia I will forever be grateful for your assistance and kind words. I hope your a manager

I highly recommend visiting this Verizon Store in Williamsburg. It is a Corporate Store which has Verizon's standard of excellence. It's hard to tell them apart from the outside so I recommend going online to find out. I had a major problem with an Authorized Retail Store (franchise) in Gloucester when purchasing a phone and contacted Felicia (store manager) at this location. She was very kind and understanding and resolved the issue quickly. I appreciated her professionalism and will visit this store in the future even though it's an hour away from home. I'm not saying all Authorized Retail Stores are crooked, there's a great one in Newport News, but make sure you receive a printed document showing total monthly expenses before agreeing to anything.

All in all the visit to this store was great! Altho we had about a 30 min wait in our car before we could be seen, once we went in the store the service rep was awesome.

Well it's a chain store. Verizon could of should of let us know that we can save money by going on line. They offered the up grade on phone. Think it would have been nice to know I would save even more by going on line. I had not upgraded in years, as they would have known this.ud83dude1c
