From the start of my experience with them, I felt very comfortable and happy with their communication. Through the whole process they’ve made this move such a breeze and were incredibly friendly. Kevin and Ricky both were so nice and fast about the move. In just an hour pretty much they had everything packed of my two bedroom apartment and got it all taken care of. Even with extra boxes I had forgotten to mention, they were happy to help me out.nnIf you’re doing a local move, I definitely recommend them. They had quick availability, were ahead of time in the schedule, and had amazing communication through it all.nnThank you so much for your help on this!!
I contacted All My Sons for a local move. Generally, I was pleased with my service but I did have a couple of small issues.nnFirst, when I called to go over prices and book I was not told about the fuel surcharge. I didn’t learn about it until 2 days before my move. Too late to try another company. As I was already paying for an extra hour travel time, time in which they weren’t actually moving me, and I thought this was overkill especially considering my new home was only 20 minutes from my old.nnSecond, I was told that I was not the first move of the day so I was prepared to get up and finish packing my last few items. Then I get a call at 8am saying they are on their way. I had to hurry up and scramble to be ready.nnThird, while they were moving some furniture they gouges a couple of places in my walls. Most were easily patched but it would have been a nice courtesy for them at to least let me know.nnFourth, my new white box springs arrived filthy black from the truck. I scrubbed them as best I could but they are still stained in places. I guess I’ll just cover them with a fitted sheet to hide the markings. I wish I had been told that they would need protected by me somehow. I would have done it before they went into the truck.
UPDATE:nnEXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.nTravel/gas is 20% of your total. My move was two miles.n.nEnsure you get a proper break down of the costs when you call to book your service. It’s A LOT more than just the $159 an hour.n.nMake the operators explain EVERYTHING you’ll be charged for and take the time to read the fine print once the movers arrive.n.nKevin and the moving team were outstanding.n.nORIGINAL: The team was on time, ready to go, and moved quickly and efficiently. They handled my house hold goods with extreme care! Thank you!
The 3-man crew arrived happy & ready to work. They were extremely professional, polite & worked very hard. I would definitely recommend this company for your move. They did all the work & made a daunting process go very smoothly for me & my son. Excellent service! Mateo & his crew were great.
Joseph and his team did an amazing job. Starting at 8 am they were on time and worked diligently in the rain to complete my move from a 3 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom house. Being a single mom, Joseph went above and beyond to make sure the items they disassembled were put back together and that the bedrooms were setup as we wanted. I feel that it was his exceptional leadership that drives his teams performance. I would highly recommend All my Sons moving and storage. The price was worth it so that my family and I could enjoy our new home as soon as possible.
