Covenant Christian School is like no other school I have heard of or been a part of. The learning environment is one that is unhurried, full, and fruitful. Children have tea time, garden time, art, music, and nature study. The small class sizes allow for individual attention allowing those that excel to be challenged and extra help is given to those that need it. My children leave school each day with smiles and when I ask “how was your day” the answer is always “awesome!” Children are truly loved and cared for at CCS. They are included and cherished as individuals. The teachers are excellent as well. Each teacher excels in allowing children to learn and they cultivate the love of learning in each child. The teachers are accessible, as is Mrs Schulker, the head of school. Additionally, the atmosphere created at CCS is one that allows for a peaceful and calm learning environment. The classrooms looks like living rooms and the children sit around large tables. They are encouraged to interact with one another and be a family, caring and learning together. It is a wonderful school!
