I just got a bathroom counter installed. It is beautiful and the workmanship is perfect. I have to say that Ricky who leads the installation team is possibly the most competent and pleasant workman I have ever encountered. He did a perfect job from beginning to end.
Excellent. Throughout the entire process, from the design stages all the way through installation, we could not be more pleased. Josh and the entire team was very pleasant, professional, and put together an great product. Ultimately, we loved the experience and would recommend Josh to anyone building or renovating.
Everything from Elegant Home Design was above and beyond most businesses I've worked with in years. The staff was friendly and courteous, they are happy to work with you on a budget, and they call in advance of coming to your home whether to measure or install. I'll very likely look to them when it comes time for our kitchen remodel. They are the best, hands down.
My wife and I purchased granite counter tops for our kitchen remodel from the Granite Center. They broke the granite during the install so it had to be seamed to a second piece of granite of a different thickness. This left the surface uneven. There is also a second seam in an area over top of the dishwasher. Also, they sold us an inferior kitchen sink which was not properly installed. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP! We won't be back.
They're willing to help you design and build anything while still remaining within your desired budget. They were just as excited as we were to see our kitchen come to life. The installers were very professional and courteous and went the extra mile to insure that everything was perfect before they finished the job. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
