Very Poor Response. My Dr. left the practice so I assumed my chart would be moved to another Dr. within the practice. When I needed a refill it was denied to the pharmacy, I sent it through the portal and it was denied. I called and you can only reach your Dr. which mine is no longer with the practice so I selected another. I finally received a call back and they said they were not taking on new patients and would get a Dr. to send over a months supply so I could find another Dr. That has been two days and the pharmacy has no record and there again is no main number to call the office. Two weeks without important meds. Only choice is to find another Dr. wait weeks to get it. If the practice had retained the Dr. nurse and simply had her call the patients and figure out where to move their records and prescriptions it could have save a hundred people the same problem as myself. I can't speak for the Doctors that remain in this practice but they need to get together and realize they are only as good as the staff they hire and the procedures that they put in place. Very disappointed!

This office does not answer their phone and will not call back even if you repeatedly leave messages. It is absurd not to have a live breathing person man your front desk, so that patients concerns can be properly addressed and forwarded correctly. I have now been calling just to inquire about making an an appt. for 2 straight days, and have only ever reached voicemail. I am assuming if they can’t handle this simple request, then they are too inept to provide adequate care as well.

My doctor left the practice and sent a letter advising a would be reassigned to another within the practice. Apparently that is not the case, I was called and told I had to either go to another practice across town or find a new doctor on my own. In addition- they will not refill my existing prescriptions- even though they have all my medical records. I have no refills left, I cannot reach anyone by phone at the practice ( it goes straight to a voicemail- which apparently no one checks as there is never a return call) to discuss this with. All other practices I have called are booked until mid January for new patients. So now I can’t get any prescriptions filled. WHAT PATHETIC, UNCARING DOCTORS AND STAFF. Leaving your patients without any prescriptions- due to your own negligence- is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL!

Do not go to this doctor’s office. I saw a doctor here 3 times over the course of 6 months. I took a long list of symptoms to him. Each time he stated it was just “anxiety” and not once checked my throat, glands, etc. After finally having enough I went to a PA elsewhere who quickly noticed that I had been suffering from extreme Tonsilitis for going on a year. There was a mass in my throat filled with bacteria and it entered my bloodstream. Had I taken the advice of the previous doctor, I would not be alive. Thankfully I received surgery the following week and had my quality of life restored. If you are not a psychiatrist, then do not jump to a mental health diagnosis because it is not your specialty. The staff is also very rude. I needed a note for work to prove I missed my shift because I was being seen. I waited in the lobby for two hours, even after closing. I was the only person in the waiting room the entire time and I found out why when someone came in to be seen for TUBERCULOSIS yet no one was warned about risk of exposure. When I got up to use the bathroom I came back to find the lights off and everyone in the front gone. I called for a nurse who told me I shouldn’t even be in there, but yet she was holding the note all throughout scorning me for having waited two hours. There is no parking at this facility and every single staff member you encounter is hostile and clearly does not want to be there.
