Ford's Colony at Williamsburg

Best place to live in Williamsburg. HOA has very detailed and demanding regulations.

Beautiful neighborhood, and golf course. The ground maintenance crew is always out cutting grass, blowing leaves, or updating the landscaping. One of my favorite neighborhoods in Williamsburg.

This is always one of the most popular neighborhoods with home buying clients of mine. Beautiful homes, scenic walking trails. (13+ miles). 52+ different clubs/ activities.

The security staff Toni was very rude. The first young lady came to the desk and asked who we were here to see and we told her the name and address She asked the address two more times and this is when Toni came over with an attitude. We spoke to another guard who informed us of the actions needed to be taken, who was very pleasant and helpful. If this desk is the first stop then Toni and her attitude need to be removed from greeting customers and assisting them if she continues with that attitude. She honestly will bring the image of the company down and deter guests.
