Oh my goodness, we love it here! My two older boys 12 and 9 do the Friday afternoon kids class. They were a little intimidated the first time. With in a few minutes they realized everyone was so friendly. They had a great time. They both get a really good work out. It is challenging yet doable for both of them. One is super athletic and loves sports. The other leans more towards art and video games. If you are looking for a place for your kids to safely meet some other kids, while getting a good work out and feel good about their company, look no further!

The people here are super friendly. The gym itself is inviting, fun and well laid out. 1607 takes proper form and athlete education very seriously. They have been far more concerned with health and form over P.R's. Top notch programming, staff and venue. You're just not going to find a better atmosphere to work out in. Do yourself a favor and drop in, you won't regret it.

The trainers at CF 1607 were always very helpful and definitely helped me improve on the correct mechanics of lifts and taught me tricks to help fix my bad habits. I really think they helped me a lot even though I have a history of collegiate sports and have been lifting for many years. I unfortunately had to move a few months ago, but I'm still grateful for the guidance they provided me and gave me a better foundation to build upon in the future.

A great Crossfit gym. They pay more attention to form and safety versus throwing up too much weight or trying to speed you threw the workout. Highly effective, safe, and a close knit group that welcomes new comers.

Fantastic people who really know what they are doing. Can't say enough good things about this place and the people running it.
