Ingrid Ortiz was a Very rude nurse practitioner and has no business in her profession. After requesting a male, NURSE ORTIZ shows up and, and although I was apprehensive explaining my issues, she was very rude and cut me short with a very disrespectful comment. Saying. ‘What does that have to do with anything?” I had already explained that I had wanted a male Dr. but shows up and she was one of the most unprofessional medical staff I had ever encountered. I was upset, embarrassed and I left. NURSE ORTIZ Basically told me that she could do nothing for me short of a multitude of test that I had already performed previously had another doctor. I advise any man who wants treatment for male related issues to avoid this office at all cost

I always receive great care when I visit. The staff is wonderful.
