A few years ago, my mom, newly diagnosed with “moderate” Alzheimer’s Disease, became a regular patient of Dr. Mayes. Unlike some other doctors who did not acknowledge that my mother was in the room at times (!) I was relieved that my mom was acknowledged and treated with respect in Dr. Mayes’ office. ❤ufe0fnI also remember Dr. Mayes eased my fears by patiently listening to my concerns and educating me concerning medication that was new at the time that could hopefully slow the progression of Alzheimer’s stealing my mother’s mind and eventually her life.nMy best friend lived more than three years after her initial diagnosis (which shocked her much less optimistic PCP). During these precious years, more treasured memories were made as we sunbathed at the pool, threw dance/dinner parties and sipped pink moscato. Thank you Dr Mays !

Patricia Mayes does a good job. She is patient friendly. Prices are reasonable. Takes the time to listen to the patient.
