We are so happy that we had chose Bucktrout of Williamsburg. We found them by looking at their 5 star reviews, and after our experience with them, we understand why they have this level of customer service. They took a very difficult time for us, and made it as easy as possible, working day and night for us to minimize the stress of decisions on our family. Krissy, and all of the staff made our experience as easy as possible and I would highly recommend them for anyone that may need these services in the future.

Sydney and the staff at Bucktrout were extraordinarily helpful when my mother passed away recently. Both my parents had pre-planned arrangements and I am thankful they chose Bucktrout.nTaking care of the final details was a smooth, uncomplicated experience thanks to Sydney. Also, her coordination with Williamsburg Memorial Park made our communications a seamless process. She answered my many questions and when asked, offered the name of an excellent bagpiper who added remarkable solace to this memorable experience.nI want to thank Sydney and staff for helping turn a difficult time into a more soothing, peaceful experience than I could have ever imagined.nMy husband and I have pre-planned arrangements through Bucktrout and I know we are in the best of care with these professionals.

A caring group at a most horrible time is about as good as it gets. Ms. Sydney Southard was especially attentive throughout the entire ordeal. From initial calls and arrangements, to advice and educated counsel, every detail down to her presence at the burial service of my brother. Enough space to let us grieve, but ever present if we were in need of anything. Bucktrout is a fine organization, I would recommend them most highly.

We used Bucktrout of Williamsburg both when my father and when my mother passed away. Both times, the staff were caring and organized and helped make a difficult time a little less difficult. They provided resources, explained options, respected our wishes, and showed compassion throughout. I highly recommend them.

I have to say and I hope you understand, how important it is to plan for a time we would rather not think about. I found myself in that position today and the care I received when I went to Bucktrout was priceless. I left.there with peace of mind concerning my husbands final wishes and plan to go back soon to put mine in place. The options are actually wonderful, and there are plenty. I was treated like part of the family while I was there and couldn't be more pleased with the finale outcome. Peace of mind and peace in my heart. Thank you.
