Tips are earned not required. There may be a good excuse but if you never get a bad tip or in our case no tip you also never learn from your mistakes. I was about half empty on tea when our food came out. No big deal but I went ahead and made it known to expect a need for a refill soon. This was my original glass after a 30 plus minute wait on food and the wait was a bit much but we were in no hurry so no biggie. No apologies either though. I don't think I'm asking for too much here. Finished meal with no refill. At that point I decided to keep my tip to buy a drink at my stop for gas. The waitress did claim she was training after we were already upset but the restaurant was pretty much dead. It was 1030 am. Not a booming time.nnIn conclusion, we went there a couple of years ago and my wife loved it. She was excited to go back. It was terribly disappointing to her. Her fries were cold. Burger wasn't anything to write home about either. My waffle fries were great however. I'm taking as an off day but we may not return. Others can decide for yourself. Hopefully the owner or manager will accept this and work. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but if you don't know then you don't know to fix a problem.

The burger was cooked to perfection and tasted like I had just taken it off my Webber. The sweet potato waffle fries with the glaze was my dessert. So delicious. Make reservations here. We did not but it was well worth our wait.

Great service, good drinks and food but a little overpriced in my opinion.

So disappointed. Went here a couple of years ago and it was great. Returned today and the service was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get our food and when it arrived it was cold. Asked the waitress for refills, never received them. Asked for the bill....never received it. We had to go to the hostess desk just to pay. Made me sad. I hope this was an out of the ordinary thing because we enjoyed it so much the first visit. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Me and my family were there from out of town. For my birthday Feb 15th. We stopped by looking for somewhere good to eat. Stopping here was a good choice. We made a reservation but they took us early. Sage our waitress greeted us with a smile. Sage also gave us good recommendations, she knew the menu, we were pleased with everything there the atmosphere, service, food, dessert and the price. I highly recommend Craft 31 and highly recommended Sage as your server.
