Ordered Two Chocolate Covered Donuts W/Sprinkles, Two Snacking Bacon, Two Hash Browns, 1 Bacon egg cheese on bagel and 1 Bacon egg cheese on croissant and a XL Coffee. Did not Receive the Donuts, and 1 order of Hash brown. Person Went to wrong vehicle and handed items to them. I had to Walk u the Said person that was not in uniform and ask where the order was after 20 minutes of waiting. She gave me the bag. I checked and told her items where missing. She stated to me To call the manager as they where not there. That i had to call the 800 number. I was furious told her that this was a bit crazy. I have never had issues with this Dunkin before. Customer service is normally Great, Food is quick and correct. This was a fluke i assume. But the Service was very lax and The wait time made no sense. As 4 other vehicles where also waiting.
Coffee tasted like pig swill..had to listen to employees fighting, inside, while waiting 15 minutes. Very unprofessional operation at this location. Will only go to the one at home in Johnson City, TN where I know I will get consistent product and good service.
Great coffee
came through at 3:50pm (on 4/3) waited in line for a hot 40 minutes listening to the girl on drive thru curse out her coworkers and then answer her cellphone... didn’t get my mobile order right at all thanks :)
Tried to come in and order, they had the doors locked and then lady came out and said not enough help we had to order on app...bad customer service
