Came here for the seafood. It was busier than we expected around 5PM on Sunday, so we had to give our name/ phone number and wait around 30 minutes before we could get in.nnThe interior is modern and has a dark, woodsy aesthetic. You scan the QR code for the menu, however we looked at it beforehand so we knew what we wanted. Server was friendly and prompt.nnWe got the seafood mac and cheese as well as the seafood gumbo. Both came in a black cast iron skillet that looked small yet held a surprisingly generous amount of food. (PS the she crab soup is a part of them instead of being an actual soup).nnThey were hot, fresh and tasty. I enjoyed both of them equally. We were thinking of getting dessert, but we were too full in the end. Great place for a night out with a sports bar like atmosphere.

I have tried Oceans and Ale twice and unfortunately both times have been very disappointing. So many speak highly but I just did not get good service or food. I took a friend for dinner who came from out of town to visit for the day. We ordered crab balls it came with no sauce and we did not get our drinks until way after that and the fruit flies were horrible. I had to go up to the bar if we needed refills. It was not good at all. I went back a second time yesterday for a to-go order and wanted to try the seafood mac and cheese after hearing its the best in town. The container was cold and the cheese was not melted on top. I ate some before getting home right after leaving with my order- COLD and not cooked. I paid 19.00 for a tray of noodles and cheese. I found a few pieces of shrimp and lobster but threw it away. Hopefully the service will get better

Nice selection of food on the menu, decent wine selection and perfectly seasoned food. The wait staff was friendly a little slow to respond, but they were busy, so I'll give that a miss. Certainly a great place stop for lunch. We sat outside, it was a nice day.

I took my family to Great Wolf Lodge and we were looking for a place to eat close but outside of the park (for a change of scenery). Everything we ordered was fantastic. I had one of the best prepared ribeye steaks I've had in my life. Waitstaff was attentive, but not overbearing. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's a 4 hour drive from my house. Highly recommend!

Used to love the place, but they just lead you on to disappointment. This is the second time we have tried to get takeout. First we are told call back in 20 minutes, then 10 minutes, then to be told they are not taking orders. I would have appreciated being told up front rather than lead on with an empty belly at the end. We will not be trying again. We tried to support a local business only to be left in the cold.nnGreat little bar and restaurant. We love the seafood nachos, without the she-crab soup on it (it just makes it soggy), with extra Old Bay and hot sauce. The wings are great, too. Lots of beers, ciders, and wines available. This is one of our standard local places to go.
