We went to 3 different pancake houses on our vacation trip and this was the best out of the 3! The service was so kind and they made you feel like you were old friends. The food was AMAZING! They had a nice variety, everyone was able to find something yummy to eat. Which is sometimes hard when you're a family of 9. Would 100% recommend!
The food was okay, nothing special. The steak in the steak omelet was over cooked. The meat omelet was ok.
My husband and I are visiting the area for a short weekend trip. We ran into a gentleman as we were walking into a local IHOP who mentioned Southern Pancakes and Waffles House. The best referral!! The food was amazing and fresh. And the staff... THE BEST! I’m a sucker for good service and they really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Chicken and waffles hit the spot! This will definitely be our spot on the next trip out.
We stopped here for breakfast and goodness gracious it was delicious! The chicken and waffles were amazing, my husband had the country ham and the kids had waffles. The eggs were perfectly cooked. My daughter even wanted a to go cup because the “tea was so good” They were so friendly and the service was fantastic.nnWe will definitely add this to our favorites in Williamsburg! We were there for breakfast and the food was good. My only complaint was there was a sign posted early birds before 9 am received a discount. We were there and paid just a few minutes (3 min) after 9 and did not receive any discount. It is what it is but service was good as well.
