Inadequate training, quality control, or staff that just does not care. I ordered a cheesecake sundae to go and after I get it home, I realize I did not get the waffle bowl that suppose to come with it, so effectively I paid $5 for a scoop of ice cream and whip cream. In the past I have ordered a chocolate milkshake that was made with chocolate ice cream in lieu of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup (Big Difference!). Also in the past I have ordered the banana split and the pretzel was left out...
I love this place. The ice cream is amazing, the service is good, and my dogs love a good free doggie sundae. But, for the love of god, STOP putting spoons in waffle cones!!! I ordered a cone, not a bowl! You're killing the planet!
The ice cream is some of the best I have ever had. The flavors really pop. Chocolate Raspberry Truffle is a favorite. All of the flavors are good though.

The ice cream was good, but when I ordered my reese's blast, they hardly put any reese's in there. The reese's were mainly on top of the ice cream and that was it. Overall, the staff was really friendly. I know Brusters can definitely do better next time. ud83dudc4d
