This is not the first time I’ve been here but it will be the last!!!! Yes I came 45 minutes after breakfast but the only bagel is cinnamon or plain? Fine I ordered plain toasted with butter..... and it was dry. The young man who took the order was pleasant enough, but the young lady who took my money had an attitude which made her politeness very fake.

Great staff always friendly ... Good food. Even if they run out of what I actually ordered, they try to fill, make order right. Good people. Even gave me an extra item to make up for not having what I ordered.

This is a really good Panera! I've been vacationing nearby & have been here about 9 times over 3 weeks (gotta get my coffee) & every time my order has been timely & correct, even with my customizations. Today, maybe they were more busy than expected, or short handed, but food took 10 min. longer than usual to come out & my customization was not correct. Won't stop me from coming back because normally they are on top of their game.

I come to this location a couple times a week and it use to be great. However, now its as if they are short on food and just throwing things together. For example the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT is suppose to come with Avocado and it always has. For a simple sandwich it is great. Now there is barely any avocado on the sandwich at all if any... if they are running low just don't sell it, but instead they literally give you the bare minimum and throw it together.
