Great Cake and Decorations!!!nWe loved our cake so much, we got it again for our second anniversary and fell in love with it again. She was very creative with the decoration as we just told her to make it a nautical theme.nRecommend Cakes by Tawanda for everyones cake needed event!!!

Cakes by Tawanda is an amazing bakery! They created an absolutely gorgeous and delicious cake for my mom's birthday. The lemon flavor was outstanding. We will definitely be ordering cakes from here again. Thank you!!

Tawanda did a fantastic job on our wedding cake! We got the white almond w/ plain buttercream icing and a raspberry filling. Delicious!

5 STARS!!! And a standing ovation! I'm from MD. We planned a family trip/birthday party in the area and I was so hesitant and worried about who to order a cake from! My original order was canceled last minute by the shop I first chose, it was a blessing... I'm glad Tawanda chose to accept such a late order or I'd have missed out on such a great thing! They are so professional and accommodating! Her assistant baker helped us pull the car up and load it and he was so friendly and bubbly!! The aesthetic of the cake was MARVELOUS and compared to the excellent quality, the prices are more than fair! Especially when you compare the price to the quality of the cake! MOST IMPORTANTLY... Usually pretty cakes aren't tasty cakes, but I was surprised by how delicious and moist her cakes are! I chose the strawberry filled cake and yellow cupcakes and made treats to match... they were a HIT with everyone!!! I can't wait to be back in the area! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BAKER!!! You'd be doing yourself a disservice by NOT supporting her business! Our traditional summer birthday trip will always be in this area so we can continue to get such amazing cakes! I want to extend my gratitude and thanks again to Tawanda and her wonderful staff!!!

Fantastic Cake!! We received ours from Sam and Coach Terri. They are members of the AoA/Arc of Abilities, a day program where my daughter Annmarie goes, for adults with special needs. The cakes were dropped off to each of our homes while we were under stay-at-home restriction and it was delicious! This bake shop has 2 new loyal patrons. Thanks, Twanda!
