I was very pleased with Ms. Hollowell; she was professional and clearly knowledgeable. Though no fault of hers, they were clearly short staffed, the secretary did not arrive, and Ms. Hollowell had the responsibility of answering the phone and checking people in. This was unfair to me and to her too. The environment was chaotic. I fully understand that people call in sick or have emergencies. But it is the responsibility of H&R Block to have a Plan B.
