Doctor Hoffman is a decent doctor, but nobody in his office/ reception seems to ever answer their phone when called. They also do not seem to call you back when a message is left. This is highly inconvenient, to say the very least. Especially when trying to get a hold of someone to transfer medical records and information. This is not a recent issue, but rather a prolonged one that seems to have continued to occur for years. Someone should always be available in reception to take calls during normal business hours, and should put people on hold if they are busy. I had a complaint about this years ago, and was met with a negative, cold reply, which is also not professional. Please rectify this issue promptly.

I would most defendly recommend going here. Also because he doesn´t just sit there and do nothing he actually says somthings he has never said anything that affended me and I have almost been seeing him for a year not because he helps me with life struggles and resolves the problem everytime.nnDO NOT PASS THIS UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasted 6 months on meds that did 0. Somehow was my fault for not telling him I have ups and lows. Not a psychiatrist how would I know. Not recommended.

Dr Hoffman is fine, but his staff tends to be aloof and unresponsive. Sometimes just rude. They rarely answer the phone and often won’t return your calls when you leave a voicemail. It’s a special day when you hear a “good morning” or “hello” when you enter the office. They’re not malicious people, it’s just that customer service and creating a welcoming environment don’t appear to rank very high on their list of priorities. Since there aren’t many doctors in the area, I wouldn’t recommend avoiding this office because of the staff, just have your heart prepared for a cold experience.
