Waited for hours on my day off. Gave up and left. They have one person behind the counter to serve pretty much all of Rockbridge County. They put a sign-in sheet out front, which they don't even look at -- walk ups apparently go straight to the front of the line. A total nightmare.
The staff at this Lexington Verizon Retailer are Rock Stars! Even with current restrictions, they are cool, calm, and efficient. We are lucky.
