The lady I talked to was very nice the man was very rude and did not want to accommodate us he wanted to charge us extras so just remember there's charges for just about everything so when you when he tells you it's $45 it really ends up being 70 the same as everybody else 70 to 100 I would not recommend this place at all
Although this storage facility is well kept and easily accessible it is under new management and has undergone an approximate 50% price increase. I understand price increases during acquisition, but this is extreme. It has gone from affordable in this area to focusing on high end customers from areas with much higher costs of living relocating to this area. So if you are from the DC metro area or the Tri cities area of NC it will seem like a good deal but shop around.
Still use it. Good people.
Bypass storage is so user friendly , the manager wendy is so helpful and was very accommodating to all my needs , looking for a long term relationship with them
Great service, very knowledgeable staff. Wasn't hard to sign up for a storage unit at all.
