The bus driver did not wait for me to get to the bus stop, I was literally just a few seconds away and walking very fast and he just looked at me and kept on driving. He didn't even stop at the bus, he just rolled right through it. When I called the company, the lady insisted that I had to be exactly at the bus stop in order to be picked up and just kept repeating herself. I don't agree with this policy and I think it is unprofessional.
