The Doctor, and staff at both Clinic & Pharmacy were extremely kind, thorough and professional. I was treated courteously. I will be making this my choice for medical attention whenever I have my truck running this lane. (I even got a free one of a kind neckless for my visit! - just kidding!!)

I highly recommend this clinic. I was seen yesterday and was in and out quickly, the providers and staff were professional and kind, and I felt the doctor was thorough, non-judgmental, and quickly ascertained what was going on and next steps needed. I will go again when/if needed.

I've been a few times for different things, and so far have had a sub-par experience. Twice I have had the same lady ask me minimal questions about what's wrong, and give me a completely opposite diagnosis on what's wrong. Each time she barely looks at me and writes down the quickest thing she can come up with. I would recommend visiting Lexington or Stuart's Draft over these people. Not a good experience at all.

I was wearing a one of a kind, handmade sterling silver and lapis necklace when i went to this clinic for some pain i was having. During the course of my examination, i was asked to remove my necklace in order to get an xray of my lungs. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I EVER SAW MY NECKLACE!!! It was NEVER given back to me, and when I returned the following day, to retrieve it, I was told it was not there and that they would call me if they found it. I of course havent received any calls!!nThe staff was EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY during the entire duration of my treatment/ exam, and I can draw NO OTHER CONCLUSION considering the course of events other than that someone who works at this clinic helped themself to my jewelry, and the piece was a handmade, one of a kind piece, so it is not replaceable at any price!!!nI WANT MY NECKLACE RETURNED TO ME, and i will be pursuing every avenue possible to get to the bottom of what happened to it, including the filing of a report with the Rockbridge County Sheriffs Dept!! It is completely unbelievable that the ppl at this place acted the way they did toward me, and unforgiveable that a person has their jewelry stolen upon seeking care for a medical issue!!! If you have a problem medically, I would DEFINATELY NOT recommend seeking medical care at this clinic, unless you make sure to remove any expensive items from your person before going in!! Each and every person i had any contact with the day i went here needs an in depth course on bedside manner and basic politeness and respect toward others, because i was not shown anything even resembling respect or compassion at all!! They acted as if i was a total idiot when speaking about my care right in front of me as if i were deaf, dumb, and blind or as if i just really did not matter. It was CRAZY!!nI WANT MY JEWELRY RETURNED TO ME BY THE WORKERS OF THIS PLACE!!!!! Not ONE DAY has gone by since my visit here that i have not thought about this issue with them stealing my jewelry!!!
