Willie and his staff went above and beyond to help us with the recent passing of my mother, Hazel Wells. The staff at Coffmans where exceptional at taking care of Mom and taking the time to help my brothers and I on planning my moms service. Mr. Coffman & his staff are such a caring & compassionate group of professionals. Their concern & care isn't fake. It is genuine, not put on. The staff evened help me entertain my rambunctious 2 year old grandson while the funeral service was being conducted. If that isn't great customer service then I am not sure what is. ud83dude0a I paid close attention to how Mr. Coffman treated my grieving family. He gave clear & precise instructions so everyone knew how things would proceed, which was of course, the way the family had set forth. Willie Coffman best funeral director ever!!! My mom past away in January here in MN. Had to transport her to Verona, and Willie took care of everything on his end! I had no worries once I got there.
