Beth is amazing! The experience that I had was great. She made sure that the puppy that I wanted was the right fit for me and that I had everything that I needed for my puppy. Even after taking my puppy home, Beth and her team check in from time to time to make sure that everything is going well. The team members were very nice. The price is definitely worth it! I am so happy to have my puppy.

Very knowledgeable about fish and a good selection- not a boutique, but they have excellent resources for beginners and average hobbyists. They are good about always asking details on tank size and mates, and recommend the proper food and care for every fish. Additionally, I love that they responsibly source their puppies from local breeders, not mills. Overall great, trustworthy folks!

I bought the cutest Bishapoo puppy two weeks ago from Pets n Pals. I can't not describe the joy she has brought to me and my husband. She is smart, super sweet and full of life!!! I gave Pets n Pals a 5 star rating because this experience has been amazing!!! They truly care about me and my new puppy. They follow up and give so much helpful advise!! What a pleasure it has been!!

I love this place! I drove 2 hours to pick up my fur baby (Phoebe) and it was worth the drive. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would go back just to say hello (and of course by more stuff). They walked me through everything. They genuinely love the animals that are in the store and it shows with how they interact with them.

I come here if not every day, then every other day, and everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. Their animals are always healthy and happy and if they’re not they are taken care of before being sold. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and know my name at this point. I would much rather spend my money here than a chain pet store due to their friendly environment, fair prices, and overall welcoming atmosphere. They have an array of live feeders and will even order things for you! Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 13/10
