Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Teller was incredibly rude and condescending. Unfortunately, it is well-known in this area that the staff at this branch is unreliable and incredibly unfriendly. Will definitely consider taking my personal and business banking needs elsewhere.

Rude teller at Staunton VA SunTrust!! We've been with SunTrust for years & I always brag about their customer service but I will NOT deal with snooty customer service from a teller who doesn't have the decency to even smile and make eye contact or say hi, to a customer.

I started my account with them many,years ago. When my account was first opened i was supposed to have all free money services such as cashiers checks. It was quite some time before i needed this service. When i went to get my cashiers check they told me i had a fee of 8 dollars. I explained that when i started my account all these types or services were included. They told me that every time they changed my account i was sent a letter explaining. I never got a letter, i mean who doesnt open bank mail. I told them i should have the same account i was promised. I took my money out right then and have never gone back. They are extremely slimy.

Numerous experiences of money mishandling at this particular suntrust branch. I’ve had an account with suntrust for 15 years and I’ve never experienced such careless and questionable practices at any other branch.nWe’ve had thousands of dollars deposited into our account that didn’t belong to us, money we knew we deposited never show up in our account, and tellers miscounting cash amounts on many occasions.nHopefully, this bank can learn to employ a more reliable staff. Until then, we’ll be banking somewhere else.
