We ran into a big problem in reconciling our records. We sought help from the lawyers, the bank, and other authorities. All stated we had been scammed. That conclusion seemed apparent by all. Yet, somehow, it didn't feel right. We asked the authorities and bank to hold off on any action why we tried to find the discrepancy. We went over all the records again and again and it never came out right. We then decided to take our records to someone that handled records for a living. Being new to the area we hunted around on the net looking for someone with the right experience. Your Assistant, LLC. advertised that Tammy was Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, and Personable - a tall order to fill - Tammy fulfilled those qualities in full. She quickly , laser-like - solved the problem. The bank had failed to provide a key statement which confused everyone. We thought of Tammy as a member of our team, not just someone providing a service. She stepped us through the business setup process and then took the information I had up to that point and setup a process to update and maintain that going forward. She helped me understand the framework of bookkeeping and tax readiness. And here it is, January 6 and I've got an appointment with my CPA for Thursday, the 9th. Tammy and my CPA have coordinated and that meeting will go off smoothly, putting the 2019 business year to rest. That is so satisfying and relaxing!nnTammy is easy going, but also very direct about what is needed. She'll ask for updates and will keep an eye on and process your books. She logs into our banking, ecommerce, quickbooks, etc. She makes good use of her time, and seems to be always busy. But she is fun to talk to and never rushed.nnI highly recommend Tammy due to her professionalism, expertise, thoroughness, promptness and customer service orientation combined with her easy going and pleasant nature. You just can't go wrong.
