I just have to give big Kudo's to this PRo-Tax Office. I have done my tax returns a couple different places in the past 20 years at places like Pro-Tax, however, i didn't know that TRUE profressionalism and customer service existed with these type of Companies. However, my thoughts have been changed by this tax office, with their Outstanding Customer Service, Their Extreme dedication to their clients, while being a friendly face that seems to care about you, knows your name when you return to their office WITHOUT having to ask for it. (at least in my experience). I've always got a little return back every year, however, even though my earnings and costs have been about the same for the past few years, the 1st year i filed with Pro Tax, my return nearly doubled because of credits and deductions that i never knew i qualified for. Anyways, if you want a staff that that is customer service driven and gives that down home feel, be sure to try Pro-Tax the next time you need your taxes filed! Also, be sure to meet the manager in that office, Here name is Alicia, i thought this may have been her own franchise or something, turned out, she's not, just a great manager of her profression and runs the business as if it were her own. KUDOS TO PRO TAX!
