I prefer to do my own taxes. But this year was complicated. Donna Ellingsworth, my preparer and H&R Block Senior Analyst, did a fantastic job. She is an asset to your company. She really seemed to care and understand my situation. She took her time to explain every step and detail to me. When she ran into something she was unsure of she asked another Prepared for assistance. Thank you.

This is our first year using Block Advisors. We got an appointment the same day we called. We brought our needed papers and our taxes were done the SAME day. Our advisor was friendly, informative, and thorough. We will definitely be using Block Advisors again!

I found my agent, Richard, to be excellent with his knowledge, courtesy and patience. I learned a lot from him, which will enable me to better align my tax prep for next year with tax categories.
