Just spent an extended weekend at Cedar Run doing Kenny’s training vacation with a friend and it was AMAZING.nnThe atmosphere, and all of the people on and off of the farm make you feel immediately at home. This was a long haul for us (were from outside of Philadelphia) and my first time traveling so far with two horses, I was nervous, and didn’t know what to expect, but as soon as I arrived at the ranch I felt safe. Taryn was ready patiently waiting as our haul took us longer and longer than expected, she greeted us with a smile and helped us quickly learn our way around get our horses settled in right away.nnMy horse is a 10 year old ArabX that I started myself and had up to this point done all of his training on my own, and was what I considered to be a pretty good boy. Within the first hour of working with Kenny I started seeing all of the gaps in training and had a BLAST watching how to help my horse learn. From exposure training, to the HALF-PASS, ud83dude02 to trail riding manners- every minute spent here was a learning experience and I’m going home with my mind blown!nnI had no idea what I was getting into when I agreed to drive my friends horse to attend the trip, but I am so very glad that I ended up here. I’m going home with a wealth of new information and can’t wait to come back and learn some more. Kenny’s methods don’t just work... they MAKE SENSE- to the rider, trainer, and horse. I have participated in several events through the years with Kenny and his staff. The results has always helped my horses and myself reach our goals. The ranch and trails are beautiful. I would like to thank him for all your help through the years.

I've been meaning to write this review for over 2 years......We had a QH/warmblood mare that absolutely positively REFUSED to loan onto any type of trailer. We had multiple 'trainers' try to load her in every imaginable way -- with food, with treat, with runs, with ropes and whips, with you name it. One episode was so violent that she reared up and fell backwards. That's when we FINALLY found Kenny. He drove up to our barn and had the horse CALMLY and QUIETLY walking on the trailer in 45 minutes. Then he made my husband try it -- several times over, with repeated success. It has now been 2 years since Kenny's 'training', and although the mare hasn't been on a trailer for over a year, we needed to load her yesterday.....and she walked on without so as batting an eye. Kenny is worth his weight in gold!

I recommend Kenny highly very highly for anyone who wants to improve their riding. He helped me a great deal with my new horse who had the worst manners. Now he is just a sweetheart. I am crazy about my new horse. I can't thank Kenny enough thank you Kenny

He is the real life “horse whisperer” with the added ability of explaining what he’s doing to the horse owner. Every time I see Kenny work with my horse, I’m amazed at how quickly he makes progress.
