Absolutely horrible. Went to pick up a CPAP and Lincare won't give it to me unless I leave a credit card on file. Even though the CPAP is covered 100% by insurance, they won't release without a credit card #. BS, CC number is stored on a slip of paper in some woman's office.

Terrible billing practices. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone that will help.

Can't give a ZERO star Sorriest Service They don't call to setup appointment time to check O2 machine, they just call to say we are in area to check your machine

I called 2 times to get the oxygen concentrator and portable oxygen tanks picked up. The first time, the guy said he would tell them to call me on Monday morning about picking them up. I waited until Tuesday afternoon they hadn't called. When I called, they told me they would put me on the list. I waited for a week, I still had the stuff. Husband went by the office this past Wednesday, they told him they would call me yesterday because to pick them up. They never called. The guy just showed up today around noon. Luckily my husband was at the house when he came. I just hate it when someone tells you one thing and do exactly the opposite.
