Kevin Bailey has represented myself, and my company in various matters that not only were resolved well, but Mr Bailey gave realistic expectations before accepting a case and marching me off to court to receive responses that may not have been favorable. He had even declined a matter knowing that the results wouldnt be as expected. ANY attorney that is willing to give a client a realistic expectation of outcome, as well as be professional, and well liked and respected even by the other side is absolutely INVALUABLE.. While I try to manage legal matters to a minimum, Mr Bailey would be among my Go To professionals should the need arise.
