Its ok convenient having it service ok not alot of clothes for guy like the ones at the malls have and finding sizes not xxl are a problem but over all its good
Belk has some wonderful prices right now. Service was good. Not crowd very nice
First time shopping here since the beginning of the pandemic. So disappointed. Sale racks jammed full of outdated clothing, scant selection of way overpriced bedding, virtually no boys clothes....very sad. If this Belk is representative of most Belk stores, I can see why they are considering bankruptcy.
Absolutely the worst customer service. No chance of getting help. Associates will actually turn their back on you if they see you approaching them. Went in today to pick up two shirts. Selection was terrible. The only one in my size and color preference ( white button up in lrg) was on the floor in front of the rack. Sign above them said download a coupon for 60 %off. But no deal at all without the coupon. Just to much hassle to get one shirt. Tried multiple times to get assistance from near by employees with no luck. Real bummer. Use to be a great place to shop.
