They are closed when they advertise they are open. Today, there were lines of people only to discover store was closed. Waste of time and drive. When they are open, items are good!
Good service but stays real busy on week days especially during morning to late evening.
Great atmosphere, nice place to drink a latte` and read or study
Paid $8.30 for a vente chai and a bagel didn't get the bagel and when I asked about the bagel they said I would have to re order another cause I apparently didn't order it which doesn't make sense if I paid $8.30 cause a vente chai doesn't cost $8
