So frustratingly slow, after three months of hoping for better. I order online every time and of course I still have to wait in an at-minimum 17-20 minute line that stretches to route 15, every time. I’m done trying after today. To boot, this Starbucks is constantly out of the same items and haven’t seemed to figure inventory out either. Employees have always been kind and I’ve even been compensated without asking for out of stock items. However, I still blame Starbucks and upper management/owner for these ongoing issues. I’m not sure franchisees even exist for Starbucks.
Super friendly staff, never had an order that was incorrect. These guys are great.
It would be nice if the people could be trained to tell the difference between a hot and cold drink one time I get a hot caramel macchiato next time it's cold and I didnt ask for it cold they're trying their best but it gets old after awhile.
So happy to finally have Starbucks in Farmvegas! Good coffee, great addition especially during times when I'd rather not go inside.
Starbucks is Starbucks. That said, I have never had an issue. In my experience, what you ask for is what you get the first time every time!
