My grandmother spent 20 minutes on hold trying to check her balance and no one would talk to her. They continuously told her to just check her online account to which we told them she did not have one. She's an older woman she doesnt know how to use that.nnEver since the SunTrust merger, my own debit card no longer works for online transactions. This bank is a joke.
honestly its a hit or miss here. There are a few people who are great to work with, but others have no clue what they are doing. Also the account manager was very rude to my husband and i when we were wanting to open another account. She was basically trying to convince us to go somewhere else... That is not how you keep business.
Quick and semi friendly but costs $8 to cash a BBT check if you don't have an account.
