Decent pay for the area, but toxic work environment
Puts all other call centers to shame as a employer. Could not ask for a better career. From a customer's stand point, they handle you from the idea of a product all the way through enjoyment. Assisting you with setup, settings, installation, tech support, warranty, even after warranty troubleshooting for the life of the product you purchased from them. Didn't buy it from them? They offer tech services for products they did not sell you and can walk you through complicated installs.nnVery highly recommend this company in any light, from working for them to buying from them. Will bend over backwards to make sure everything is right. From shelf to trash they will be there for the life of the product.
