I bought a transducer switchblade, during installation I tightened one bolt down to far and cracked the top plate. I looked online for a replacement but couldn’t find anything. I called YakAttack and was told to send them an email with a picture of the plate and a brief overview of how it broke. 20 min later I received an email saying a replacement part was gonna be sent in a few days. Fast forward a week and ups stops at the house with a new piece.nnThe lady I talked to at YakAttack was super helpful and extremely respectful (very rare in customer service). It is a relief to know companies do still care about customers.
