A couple years ago my dr requested a poc. I would call once a month. They either lost the paperwork or said they never received it. One time I called and said I hada balance of copays. I kept calling customer service finally a very nice lady told me that someone from Lincare removed my medicaid from my insurance. It took me another 4 phone calls, finally I got the copays taken care of. Still no poc i have to start all over again... Now my dr. Ordered a shower chair 2 months ago. I called a few times they always said its on back order due to covid19. I called this morning, Now THEY NEED MORE PAPERWORK. I mean really? Make up your minds. There is no communication between the employs. People depend on this company. Its not like we can go to the store and get these supplies. I would not recommend this company. I am very disappointed in Lincare

My poor grandmother has waited over 2 months for her inogen ( portable oxygen) after it was approved by her health insurance and requested as necessary by her dr, but these ppl drug their feet bc she wasn’t paying the copay required by medicare due to the fact that she had medicaid as well. They lied everytime she called and after she finally got rude with them, they found her paperwork, which she didn’t even know was missing! They are just very unreliable.
