The store is very nice and the prices are decent too. They have a nice food bar and bakery. However I rarely go here because you have to walk extremely far from your parking spot because every single row has several handicapped parking spots. I have no problem with handicap spots however I don't see them having that many handicapped customers at any one time.

I came to the store at 1056. I realize it was late, I rushed from work because all I needed was cream cheese. When I pulled up a short red head with beard was very rude cold and wouldn't even look at me. When I asked to get cream cheese. The store still had several customers. I told him I still has a few minutes and it was only one item. He then walked off and off and ignored me. I asked for his name and he would not speak. He acted like he was above me.nThis was a horrible way to handle it. I have never been treated like this at food city. I work too and understand however, I know how to treat people. I work both in professional world and customer service. It blew me away. This is no way to treat any human much less a customer.

Never had any issues here. I did buy a product that was expired last week without noticing. But it is probably one of those products that doesn’t sell a lot. I just wanted to try something different. Otherwise always been a great experience

Ate at the Cafe and didn't enjoy it. My husband had the lunch plate and was finished before my meatball sub came out. Skimpy on the sauce and they used Swiss not provolone as the menu listed. The location close to home does a better job of preparing the food and not over cooking it.

No matter the location or the time of year I have always had a great experience at a Food City store. I frequent the Wise and Abingdon locations and both are always well stocked, well staffed and friendly. It's fun to shop their bakery, their deli and meat counters, their produce and adult beverage aisles. Plus cheap gas....how can you miss?
