I would give zero stars if I could. They like to take your child’s hard earned money, change the date of the trip and they say sorry it’s our policy. Yet their policy does not state a pandemic in their refund policy statement. They will not call you back, will not return emails. STAY AWAY!!!

Our 8th grade class trip had been cancelled by our school board. NationsClassroom did a great job with how they handled notifying us and what they were able to refund back to me. I spoke to 2 people in the office and they were very helpful with answering my questions. I really appreciated all the communication that this company had with me. Well done!

I have worked with NationsClassroom in various capacities for the last ten years. I have been in the main office for the last 4 years. The culture at NationsClassroom is one of nurturing and excellence. We all have one main objective, to deliver exceptional educational experiences for our students. I feel I am part of a great team. All of us will go the extra mile to give great customer service. I am proud to be part of this company. It has been a great ride and feel I have provided many students the chance to touch our nation's history and make it their own.
