Anastasia was our agent and she was terrific. She help us keep within our budget and was very communicative the whole through, even with the COVID-19 travel restrictions and rescheduling of our honeymoon. They are very quick and easy to work with.

Kim and her team did a great job planning our honeymoon during a pandemic! I reached out to Journeys Inc. knowing that I would need help with the uncertainty of travel during these crazy times we are in. Kim gave us some great options to meet our needs and helped us narrow down what was really important to us when picking a resort for our honeymoon. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and while we were overseas. We were not able to get a hold of our excursion company by phone while we were there and by email, Kim and her team were able to confirm one pick-up and cancel the second excursion for us when we decided not to go. All communication from this company was clear and timely. We also had some nice extras added to our room to help us celebrate that we were not expecting and helped to make our trip extra special. If you want an easy, no-stress process for planning travel, I highly recommend Journeys Inc. to take care of all the planning and stress for you! Thanks Kim!

Kristi helped me plan and manage my vacation, rescheduling multiple times due to covid. She kept me up to date on changes in Disney, at my hotel, and found discounts for me when ever possible! She made the vacation seamless so I could just enjoy. Highly recommend her and this company!!!

Erin helped answer all of our questions surrounding travel with the new guidelines. We felt very prepared and knew what to expect once we arrived at our Disney resort and parks. She was also wonderful in matching us with accommodations that suited our family and what we were doing...and even got us a better rate by checking back! Would highly recommend!!!
