MPMC Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and staff are one of the best I have ever experienced. My medical issues are not as serious as most, yet are very different than most, and when you find a physician, nurse, and/or nurse practitioner that are open to listening to you first then, and only then do they offer you multiple suggestions/solutions, you know you are in the right place. These are very trying times for all in the medical profession and many days lately they are more questions than answers, so we all need to make some allowances and have patience. My wife and I both highly recommend this medical practice.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. My mom was seen here at the end of January and saw both the doctor and PA and showed them a spot on her head to get a referral to a dermatologist they said they would take it two weeks went by and she hadn’t heard back so she called and the person she spoke to claimed there were no notes in her chart about this spot or needing a dermatologist and that she would get on it for her. Well another week goes by and still nothing so she goes into the office and the lady at the desk said there were no notes in her chart regarding seeing a dermatologist. In the meantime my mom saw a dermatologist in Newport News and the doctor was extremely concerned about the spot so they scrapped it and sent it for a biopsy it came back that it was melanoma last Thursday. My mom went into the office the next day to say something to them and the office still hadn’t gotten a referral for the dermatologist. This office is horrible and unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

At first this business seems excellent. My husband went and got his DOT physical done and everything went smooth earlier this year, however when It came to getting his medical certification faxed over to the DMV to renew his licences, this office was simply too busy to get that done in a timely matter. My husband waited from 9:00am until 2:30pm at the DMV for this paperwork to simply be signed by the Doctor and faxed over. Ridiculous! So if you value your time find another office to deal with.
