Would love to hear from Rachel as to any issues with music. Grandview Manor is located on 150 acres and we try to be mindful of neighbors. No one has reached out to me and we normally only have 2-3 weddings a year as we are more of a vacation rental. I see reviews on here from people i have never heard of or rented to.

Grandview Manor is one of the most beautiful venues in the area. It is located on a point of land on the East River in the Foster area of Mathews County. The facilities are superb for weddings, parties or extended vacation stays with family and friends. The property is large and private, but close by the townsof Mathews for shopping and dining. The owners and property managers were great to work with. Check it out!

Amazing venue. Beautiful property right on East river. We had attended a wedding here 2 weeks ago, and I will never forget how amazing it was.

Beautiful, bayside venue for events. You have to bring everything in from other vendors (tents, food, etc.) as the venue does not provide it. The large home easily accommodates 12 people or more for the days leading up to the event.

As someone who to lives next to this place it would be nice if you played your music so that the whole of Mathews doesn’t have to listen to it.
