I am really surprised that there are not hundreds of reviews for PT Solutions Innsbrook. This is a large facility in which they know everyone by first name and you are constantly being watched to assure that the PT is being done correctly. In doing PT, there are very specific procedures to address specific needs. The staff at PTSI are highly conscientious of these procedures and your needs. In particular, Dr. Wren is amazing. I have been to several physical therapists and they are all good. PTSI and Dr. Wren are better than good. Do yourself a favor and grow back to a healthy life with the help of PTSI and Dr. Wren.

Physical Therapy Solutions Innsbrook is the best PT I have ever been too. After my 2nd and 3rd knee surgeries they helped me get back to where I wanted to be physically. They didn’t just check the box and move on. They worked with me every visit to not only rehab, but accomplish my goals to return to the level of physical activity I wanted to be able to accomplish. Even when I had some delays due to work, life and other issues, they continued to help me achieve my goals. I worked with every therapist there at one time for another and they all have been awesome. They want to get to know you and help create a personal relationship while still helping you achieve your goals. I can’t thank them enough for the help they have given me. 10/10 for them and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be going back if I ever have another issue!

I was involved in a car accident in August and someone had suggested that I give PT Solutions a try. Kate was my therapist and from the time of the consultation through my last appointment, she was amazingly attentive, empathetic, and really listened. Her primary concern was of me as a patient and would get so excited as I progressively got better :) I don't believe that I would have healed nearly as quickly had I not gone to them for physical therapy.

Kevin and the team at the west end location are by far the best around! They are so attentive, personable, and effective - all while making sure you get back to health at the right pace. They not only welcome you by name but keep an eye on you during your workouts to ensure you do them properly. Each person is treated individually so you know you won’t get that cookie cutter routine - I got a personalized routine based on my injury and walked out healed feeling better than before!
