If you like to receive personalized treatment you should choose this place. All staffs and therapists treat you with respect and you provide you excellent care. Unlike other chain therapy centers, you are their patient here and not the visit. This place is great for post op rehab as well as chronic pain. I have been here twice for post knee sugriers and once for overall weakness and I have gained valuable independent after being discharged.nThank you to Dr. Rafei and his staffs.

This place exceeded our expectation with such a positive environment for my 14 year old volleyball player. My daughter has been to several physical therapist and this one is by far the best. The recovery time from her injury was faster than we had expected. Highly recommend!

I ignored my lower back pain for 2 years. Finally the pain was literally paralyzing. On my daughter’s recommendation I went to Dr.Rafeei The recovery is remarkable! Everyone who worked with me was knowledgeable and friendly! It was an extremely pleasant experience! Thank you to everyone at Center for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine!

I was referred to the Center for Physical Therapy and could not be more appreciative of my experience regarding my overall status and changes in my knee- I am very grateful for this opportunity as the staff take their time to evaluate thoroughly, are courteous and friendly, and take time to advise and work with you as you work towards the end goal of restored functionality and healing. Rating 5 stars.

The actual physical therapy was great. The billing was not. They did not bill me for over a year and then sent me a past due bill that did not show anything other than the amount I owed (which, again, was a year past when I completed my therapy) -- so none of my other payments I had made while I was in therapy, no insurance offset.. nothing. When I called to follow up on it, they said they weren't sure if it was even submitted to or approved by my insurance (which I had to be preapproved to even go to physical therapy) and that it was a year late because someone in billing failed to send the bill (???). I asked that they check their files to make sure it was submitted appropriately and get back to me. They said they would, they did not. Instead I got a pre-collections notice. When I called them back again they person answering the phone answered so quickly you couldn't tell what they were saying and then didn't want to give me my payment confirmation code. While the treatment was great here, the whole payment experience was terrible.
