Great staff at the Richmond Laburnum Ave. facility! After 4 or 5 visits, my lower back pain was better and I felt like a million bucks. With the instructions I received, I can continue most exercises at home to maintain mobility. The therapists were all friendly and we had a great time.

June 2020 i fractured my tibia where it meets with my ankle and couldnt walk for 7 months. They worked with me and were so cool about scheduling and rescheduling. Most importantly they were really informative and that gave me a lot of the reassurances i needed to push myself. I have been walking, mostly unassisted, for about a week now and just had to sing their praises! Also, they were all realllllly nice people! I have wicked social anxiety and that was assuaged by their delightful personalities and dispositions! Also, Zac(sp?) Was my PT dude and he no joke reminds me SOOO MUCH of the main dude from the USA tv show burn notice :D

Had a great Physical Therapy experience from start to finish. Front officer staffer Melody Barnette returned calls quickly, got my visits scheduled at times that worked with my schedule, and was always warm and inviting when I checked in.nnMy Physical Therapist, Matt Harville was great. Professional and a highly skilled therapist. If I need PT services in the future I will definitely come here!
